Consent Form

BUDGET & PREBUY PLANS:
1. Prices may vary. We cannot guarantee your plan price offered will be the lowest price of the season.
2. No discounts (Senior, Veteran, Prompt Pay) apply to PREBUY or BUDGET at any time of purchase or delivery.
3. Minimum 125-gallon purchase is required. Minimum delivery requirements apply.
4. ANY GALLONS DELIVERED IN EXCESS OF THE PREBUY/BUDGETED GALLONS WILL BE BILLED AT THE DAILY (Non-Cash) PRICE.
5. All PREBUY and BUDGET plans are subject to company approval.
6. If your local office’s daily (Non-Cash) price is less than the ceiling/cap price at the time of delivery, you will receive the lower price during your PREBUY or. BUDGET utilization period.

PREBUY ONLY:
1. Payment is required at time of purchase.
2. PREBUY purchases must not exceed reasonable heating fuel consumption between October and April.
3. The PREBUY heating oil utilization period is from October 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024. Any PREBUY gallons NOT used between these months will be credited to your account in the form of dollars
4. Service plans, service work, parts, etc., are not included in the PREBUY and must be paid within credit terms on account.
5. All PREBUY gallons purchased are only for the October through April period.

BUDGET ONLY:
1. BUDGET payments are due on the 1st of each month and must be received no later than the 15th to remain current.
2. All fuel products purchased on your account will be calculated into your budget payment. Service work and parts cannot be included in the BUDGET Plan and will need to be paid separately from the budget payments.
3. BUDGET accounts are subject to periodic review and payment amounts may be adjusted by Company at any time.
4. Pre-existing Service Contracts are included in monthly payment.
5. First payment is due August 1, 2023.
6. Utilization period for BUDGETED gallons is September 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
7. If you move or sell your home, the balance is due immediately.

NITTANY OIL COMPANY, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME. ALL EXISTING BUDGET CUSTOMERS ARE SUBJECT TO CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 2023-2024 PREBUY /BUDGET PROGRAM.
